Yes, but if you then modify the note properties, the "modify attached" is still available after you place it flat to the screen. Remember to select "geometry location".

Ctrl+D :- for standard orientation or default orientationF10 ot Al t:- to activate shortcut keys for all options..only from pro/e 5.0(drawing) and all the options in creo 1.0 onwards
