Np, I took a while to reply here as well. 
I've never used Pro/PROGRAM for anything, I only got basic idea of what it can do but I've never been able to think of a case where I would really need it.
What are all the keywords that relations editor or Pro/PROGRAM editor use is really the right question.
Also, I've got no experience with any sort of SciTE editor. I could only guess that's some sort of editor that can test the code you have written for you if paired up with the app that can actually run the code. Isn't SciTE editor used to debug Javascript scripts? I know Mozilla has a console that is basically a plugin used for debugging.
I'm good with Notepad++ for now but open to learn new things anyday.
