That curve in the sketch was a spline and the end was not aligned properly to the ends of the revolve. I replaced that spline by projecting the edge of the Revolve.

It doesn't matter what RGB value you change the system color "Letter" to, it will always output black. Unfortunately I don't know of any way to have annotations (dimensions, notes, tables, etc.)...
