Thank you Martin for reply,  I tried your method but could not modify license.dat,(Access was denied) What I did was I added exceptions in firewall for lmgrd.exe and ptc_d.exe and it started working.

Re: Removing hidden welds in drawing sections?

The thing is that I want some of the quilts to show, i.e. the ones which should be visible and not hidden behind a part.  Is there no way to just hide the hidden ones?

That is not typical behavior for Creo.  You can make a hole, revolve cut, or extrude cut but if you want both bodies to remain, you will need to look up merge bodies. What you describe is a boolean...

You can add the default relations to your start part and start assembly. Any new parts or assemblies made would have these relations.
