Wow! That file is massive! Even Excel wouldn't import the whole thing. It stopped at 1,048,575 entries.
Anyway, MS Office 2010 Excel will import the text as space delimited using the Data tab "from text".
Oddly enough, Notepad pretty much crashes on the file 
Do you really think Creo can handle that much point data without choking? Looking forward to the results.
