Allowable dimension values?

Hi folks,

I'm stumped on a question from a co-worker.

Is there a way to limit a dimension value to increments of 1, e.g., 5.62, 6.62, 7.62..., etc.?

User wants to select a drag handle and it snaps to the next available dimension value.
