No, it did not. I'm looking at both the code and the UI in Creo 3, and I see detail_circle_line_style in the detail setup options dialog. Which begs the question... why do you ask?

Those are saved with the drawing, not the session. If you want to change them on new drawings you can change the default .dtl file or change the setting for the drawing templates you are using.
